Section 1.1: Paperlike

I often rave about Paperlike, and for good reason. It has completely transformed my iPad mini experience, and I use it on my iPad Air as well. This accessory turns the often slippery screen into a surface that closely resembles paper, making it ideal for writing and sketching. If you utilize an Apple Pencil, I highly recommend trying out Paperlike. The latest version, 2.1, offers a significant improvement in feel while having minimal impact on the iPad's display.

Section 1.2: NuPhy Air60 and NuFolio Classic

The combination of the NuPhy Air60 keyboard and NuFolio Classic case is another favorite of mine. The Air60 is a compact mechanical keyboard that offers great key travel and a satisfying click sound. When paired with the NuFolio Classic, which doubles as a case for the keyboard, it transforms into a convenient stand for your iPad. I find this setup particularly useful when using my iPad mini, providing a portable yet effective solution for mechanical keyboard enthusiasts.

Section 1.3: NuPhy Halo65 and Magic Trackpad

As I work on creating a dedicated iPad Pro workspace in my home office, I’ve discovered some exciting accessories worth mentioning. A standout is the CharJenPro MagFlött magnetic stand, which effortlessly enhances the iPad Pro experience with excellent cable management. Additionally, the NuPhy Halo65 keyboard, slightly larger than the Air60, is perfect for desktop use, boasting a remarkable battery life and the ability to connect with up to four devices simultaneously. To complete my setup, I’ve included the Magic Trackpad, which remains the best input device for iPadOS aside from the Magic Keyboard.

Section 1.4: Pitaka Charging Stand and Case

For my iPad mini, I’ve been enjoying the MagEZ Case Pro and MagEZ charging stand from Pitaka. The case is protective and stylish, while the stand allows for effortless charging when docked. This combination ensures my iPad mini is always powered up, alleviating the frustration of running low on battery—a common issue for many iPad users.

Section 1.5: Benks Wireless Charging Pen

While it lacks pressure sensitivity and connects via Bluetooth, the Benks Wireless Charging Pen is a fantastic alternative to the much pricier Apple Pencil. Priced at £40, it matches the Apple Pencil’s dimensions and charging method, making it a great bargain for those who primarily use their iPad for note-taking rather than illustration.

Section 1.6: Benks iPad Pro Infinity Stand

The Benks iPad Pro Infinity Stand is an affordable alternative to the MagFlött that offers versatility and ease of use. It fits both iPad Pro models and the iPad Air (4th and 5th generation), allowing for multiple adjustments to suit your needs. Its portability makes it a fantastic option for anyone looking to mount their iPad while traveling.

Section 1.7: Apple Magic Keyboard Folio

The 10th-generation iPad's release brought forth the Magic Keyboard Folio, which has quickly become my favorite keyboard case. Although pricey at £279, it features an impressive trackpad, a detachable keyboard, and a function key row, making it a worthy investment if this is the direction Apple's keyboard offerings are heading.

Section 1.8: CAFELE USB-C Cable 100W PD

Though it may not be the flashiest accessory, the CAFELE 100W charging cable is an essential part of my daily routine. Priced at £21.99, it offers multiple connections—USB-C, micro USB, and Lightning—and features a retractable design that promotes neat cable management, making it a practical choice for charging various devices on the go.

Section 1.9: AirPods Pro 2

Lastly, I cannot overlook the second-generation AirPods Pro. While not exclusively designed for the iPad, they significantly enhance the media experience. The improved sound quality and noise-cancellation features make them a remarkable upgrade. If paired with an iPad, they create an exceptional multimedia setup.
