Focus on Embracing Simplicity to Persist and Evolve

Chapter 1: The Power of Persistence
I often consider myself not particularly intelligent; rather, I possess just enough tenacity to keep going, as that's what works for me. My thought process is on the slower side, which means it takes me a while to grasp concepts. However, once I commit to an idea, I can be remarkably stubborn in my pursuit.
Admittedly, there are times when I choose to give up, particularly on tasks that don't resonate with my core motivations. Yet, for those pursuits that strike a chord, I see them through. This principle applies to the habits I manage to maintain.
Building habits isn't merely about self-discipline; it's fundamentally about the extent to which those habits align with your desires.
Section 1.1: Keep It Simple
The journey doesn't have to be convoluted; sometimes it can stem from the simplest or even the most trivial motivations. For instance, I began sketching daily because I admired those who excelled at drawing and wanted to emulate their coolness. Similarly, I took up daily running in hopes of achieving a leaner physique.
Writing became a daily practice for me as I aimed to fulfill a promise to myself—one I had made repeatedly but had yet to act upon. This time, I was determined to bring that aspiration to fruition.
Why maintain a daily routine? Because I understand that without a consistent practice, my efforts are likely to falter.
Subsection 1.1.1: Gradual Growth
Section 1.2: Finding Meaning in Repetition
The initial step is to practice your daily habits, but the next phase is to infuse meaning into that repetition. When I began my running journey, I kept my pace and distance consistent for a brief period, gradually building strength before I attempted any significant changes.
Incremental adjustments were key to avoiding burnout. I slowly increased both my running duration and distance in manageable phases. The same approach applied to my artistic endeavors; I focused on a single theme for a time before progressing to new subjects to enhance my skills with various shapes and proportions.
Writing became a daily ritual for me. Initially, I shared my work on my own platform, but now I am exploring different publications, experimenting with a variety of themes, titles, structures, and visuals.
