This question is quite straightforward. Our objective is simply to evaluate each expression and determine which one yields the highest result.
For part (a), we’re looking at addition:
For part (b), we start with a zero:
In part (c), there’s a zero positioned in the middle:
For part (d), we have a multiplication of 1 and 7 at the end:
In question (2), since all terms are multiplied together, and one of them is zero, the result will also be zero:
